The Initial Consultation $ 200
The initial consultation begins with a complete health and wellness evaluation utilizing Ayurvedic diagnostic tools. Following the session I create an individualized treatment protocol based on my assessment.
Expect to spend approximately 1.5 hours in this first session. This appointment includes a full introduction to Ayurveda and its process, then an Ayurvedic physical examination and review of all Western medical diagnostics and blood tests, current diet, medications, and supplements, and short-term mental, emotional, and spiritual characteristics and tendencies. During this appointment.
I present to you the results of your evaluation of your constitution (Prakruti), the current state of health (Vikruti), a proposed treatment program based on your health concerns, including diet, lifestyle recommendations, and possible herbal formulas.

A Kati Basti (in Sanskrit meaning back) Basti (to retain) treatment is a soothing lower back treatment where a generous quantity of herbal oils are retained on the back to heal pain, inflammation, and stiffness. The warm herbal oil allows absorption into muscles, ligaments, and tendons, thereby relaxing the back and healing any underlying conditions, calming pain and stiffness.
